Q3: What is your price per foot?

This varys depending on multiple factors but for custom homes we use a cost plus pricing system which usually gives owner instant equity. See Custom Home section for more information.

Q5: Do you have lots available? I would like to pick the lot for my home to be built.

Yes, we have lots available for you to choose from. You can browse our portfolio of available lots or contact us about having our Realty company locate that perfect lot to meet your specifications.  Also, to help minimize your financing hassles, we can carry the interim construction loan with a minimal deposit.  See our custom home section for more details.

Q6: What’s the advantage to using Borne Homes instead of building a home myself?

You may be thinking about the money you could save by doing it yourself. Why pay me to have your home built when you could do it yourself? Generally, the price breaks we get through our volume far exceeds the money you could save by building your home yourself. And, the stress levels are greatly alleviated by us managing the home building project. See our Custom Homebuilding section to learn more about how we operate.
