Borne Homes charges a flat management fee for your construction project. There are no change orders or hidden costs to worry about. The actual costs of construction will be placed in an Excel spreadsheet for your review periodically, throughout the building process. This way you can actively track costs and adjust spending based on your budget.

Throughout the process we will assist with selections and budget tracking. You will be well informed with alternative products and pricing so that you can make wise selections.

We can recommend lenders who specialized in construction financing and the construction process. We can share our experience with these lenders to give you a level of comfort in choosing.
