Warranty Information

Every new Borne Home is covered by our new home 10 year warranty, which is backed by American eWarranty, a premier warranty provider. In order to provide the AeW warranty, Borne Homes has to meet an extensive screening process related to our reputation, financial stability and quality construction.

The warranty includes one year limited builder warranty coverage on workmanship and materials, two year limited builder warranty coverage on major systems and ten year limited structural warranty.

This is intended to provide a general overview of the Warranty that applies to new homes built by Borne Homes. Your actual warranty document will be provided at closing and a sample copy is provided at the time of sales contract. At Borne Homes, we take our warranty commitments and customer satisfaction seriously.
